Setting Up Rental Inventory and Bookings

Go to Inventory > Add Item. Enter the item name, category, SKU, quantity, condition, and rental price per day.

Set availability rules for each item. Define maintenance schedules, blocked dates, and minimum rental periods.

Configure the booking lifecycle: Enquiry > Quotation > Confirmation > Dispatch > Return. Each stage triggers appropriate notifications.

Define the dispatch checklist: item inspection, condition documentation, handover to customer, and expected return date.
